Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before travel. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, cash, Visa, or other agreed-upon methods. All bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following terms apply:

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund (minus admin fees)
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund, but rescheduling or credit may be offered at Etuko’s discretion
  • Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, clients may reschedule or receive a credit voucher.
  1. Changes to Itinerary

Etuko Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or government regulations. Clients will be informed promptly.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must have valid travel documents, vaccinations, and comply with local laws. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Etuko is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

  1. Liability

Etuko Safaris is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence. We work with trusted third-party providers but are not liable for their actions.

  1. Compensation Policy
  • If Etuko cancels a trip: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
  • Service shortfalls: Partial refunds or credits based on the inconvenience
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of tour completion with supporting documents
  1. Data Protection

Client information is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU clients.
